In this review, I will be taking a look at one of my favorite survey sites available, PaidViewpoint.com (aff). I have personally been using Paid Viewpoint regularly for over two months now, so I think I can provide some valuable insights for anyone interested in hearing what I have to say.
In general, when talking about survey sites, it is important to understand that no survey site is ever going to make you a life-changing amount of money. However, some of them will allow you to generate small amounts of income a month, generally no more than $20, but maybe more if you're lucky.
One of the biggest problems with survey sites is you never know for sure how many surveys you will qualify for, how much you will earn, and how much time you will spend completing said surveys. Paid Viewpoint is very progressive and has implemented some strategies to rectify these uncertainties, which I will discuss in more detail later.
Now, I will get into the meaty part of this review. I will discuss what I like about Paid Viewpoint, what I don't like, who should consider signing up, the support you will receive, as well as my final opinion and some other alternative methods to make money online.
Affiliate Disclaimer: You will find a few links to Paid Viewpoint throughout this review. According to my Core Principles and in order to comply with FTC Compliance Standards, if the link is an affiliate link, meaning I’ll make a commission if you purchase the product, it will be followed by “(Aff)”. Don’t worry, I’m not taking advantage of you. I only affiliate myself and earn money from products I would recommend to my closest friends and family. In fact, most websites online are making money from you, they just aren’t disclosing it to you!
PaidViewpoint.com (aff) is a really great and easy to use paid survey site. Their surveys are easy and intuitive to take and their unique approach using TraitScore ensures you will be paid for every survey you take. The number of surveys you are allowed to take varies based on your demographics and whether you meet the parameters determined by each survey's creator. You are guaranteed to make money on every survey you take, so you won't be wasting your time filling out long pre-survey surveys. That being said, you're not going to become rich from using PaidViewpoint.com. However, if you're looking to cash out some spending money every few months then PaidViewpoint might be for you.
Paid Viewpoint Ratings
Product Name: Paid Viewpoint
Overall Rank: 9/10

What I Like
By far the best part of Paid Viewpoint is that it is 100% completely free to sign up and use. There are no paid aspects of the website whatsoever. All you need to do is register with your email and provide some basic information about yourself (nothing identifiable) so they know what surveys you may qualify for and you are ready to get started.
Super Simple Interface
Paid Viewpoint is extremely easy to use. I think even my computer illiterate grandma would be able to figure it out. The website does not have any “fluff” and makes it very obvious what you need to do and where you need to go. The website really only has about five pages and every page is accessible from anywhere, so it's just about impossible to get lost. The website also prominently displays the amount of money you have made, whether or not you have any surveys available to take, and other important information for easy reference.
Easy To Understand Surveys
Likewise, the surveys themselves are really well designed and easy to complete. So far, I have come across about four different types of survey questions: multiple choice, multiple selections, sliders, and typing answers. Some of the surveys will have you watch a short video or look at pictures as well.
The nice thing is the amount of typing required is minimal. Typically, if typing is required it is usually only product names, titles, or short phrases and not full sentences.
Another aspect of the surveys I really like is they show you exactly how much you're making for each response you give. This gives a very tangible feel to the money you are making as you are making your way through each survey.
Surveys Are Short And Sweet
I have been a part of survey sites in the past where the surveys take half an hour to complete and only pay a few dollars, if that. This is not the case with Paid Viewpoint, where the longest surveys I've come across are ten minutes at the most. Most of them, however, are 3-5 minutes long. The Trait Score surveys (see below) are, at most, 3 minutes long each.
The Trait Score system that Paid Viewpoint uses is, as far as I know, unique to their platform. It is an ingenious idea that serves multiple purposes. Trait Score is a method to get an increasingly better understanding of exactly who you are (again, nothing identifiable) by regularly asking you a variety of questions about yourself. These short surveys usually take two minutes or less and pay $.10.
As your Trait Score increases and passes certain levels, the amount you earn from each survey increases. This is because, as they continue to verify your information, they are better able to trust your responses in the actual surveys.
I’ve had a new Trait Score survey to fill out about every day. This keeps survey takers actively engaged in the survey taking process. By knowing all of our details, they are better able to pre-qualify us for the surveys we are eligible to take, which is why they can guarantee we will be able to complete the surveys they invite us to take. Finally, these regular, short surveys greatly increase the money earned from surveys over time.
UPDATE: I now have a TraitScore of 10,000, which is the highest possible score you can have. Since reaching this point I still receive TraitScore surveys, but less frequently and they still pay only $.10 per survey. However, when I do get regular surveys I have noticed they are paying out a little more than before. It's not a huge difference, but it's still more money in my pocket for the time I spend filling them out.
You're Pre-Qualified For Surveys
Possibly the most annoying thing about other survey sites I’ve been a part of is when you are invited to complete a survey, answer a couple questions and then are told you don’t qualify. You also don’t get paid for this, so it ends up just being a complete waste of time.
With Paid Viewpoint (aff) and their Trait Score system, you are not invited to complete a survey unless you are qualified. Therefore, you know you are guaranteed to be able to complete the survey and get paid once you start.
With Paid Viewpoint, as opposed to most other survey sites, you regularly have surveys to complete, whether it is a simple Trait Score survey or a full survey sponsored by a third party. In my experience, I am offered about 2-3 real surveys a week, and a Trait Score survey every 1-2 days. This works out to about a survey a day. There have been days where I’ve had three surveys to complete.
This really allows you to get into a rhythm. It feels good to spend a couple minutes a day taking a survey and seeing your income and Trait Score steadily increasing.
Because their website is so simple, it translates very easily to smaller screens and mobile devices. In fact, every part of Paid Viewpoint is available on mobile devices. Completing surveys from my phone is just as easy as on my laptop.
What I Don't Like
Payout Is Small
As expected, the amount you earn by completing a survey is definitely not life-changing. You can expect to earn $.50-$1.50 per survey depending on how many questions it is and how high your Trait Score. The Trait Score surveys pay $.10 per survey.
The surveys are usually fairly short, so at least you’re not spending hours completing lengthy surveys only to be paid a few dollars. Remember though, the more surveys you take, the higher your Trait Score, the more money you make per survey. So, the longer you’re with Paid Viewpoint, the more money you will make per survey.
There have been a few times I’ve checked my email and noticed I had a survey to take, but, upon doing so, was told the maximum number of surveys had been completed so my responses were no longer needed. This makes sense as I’m sure each survey has a limited budget, and, therefore, a limited number of responses possible, but it’s still annoying from my perspective.
You are unable to withdraw your cash earnings until you have a total of $15.00 or more in your account. It can take a while to get to this amount, but it goes up more quickly as you increase your Trait Score.
I haven't had to utilize their customer support services much, so I can't comment explicitly on this.
What I can say is the one time I've had an email an interaction with them, they were friendly and got back to me within a day. I imagine their helpfulness and response times would be similar to my experience in other situations as well.
Who Is Paid Viewpoint For?
Paid Viewpoint is for those who are looking to make some easy money over the long-term, the keyword being “long-term”. You won’t be making a life-changing amount of money at any point. You must also be willing to be dedicated and consistent with your survey taking, probably requiring 2-5 minutes a day. If you’re not, you’ll never make enough money to build your Trait Score and earn the minimum amount to withdraw your earnings.
This is definitely not for someone who is looking to make a job-replacing amount of income. This simply won’t happen with this, or any other, survey program.
I think Paid Viewpoints is one of, if not the best, survey site I have ever used. I actually enjoy taking the surveys every day or so. I understand that it's not going to be paying my rent, but it is earning me enough for one meal out at a restaurant a month. I think that is more than worth a couple minutes a day.
Also, keep in mind the number of surveys and the amount earned from each will vary from person to person and may not be consistent with my personal experience. You may qualify for many more, or less, surveys than me, and may get paid more, or less, than me as well.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, I would definitely recommend Paid Viewpoint (aff).
On the other hand, if you are genuinely searching for a way to make a significant income online, no survey site is going to do that for you. In order to do this, you will need to start building a sustainable online income by starting your own online business. This may sound super intimidating, but with the right training and resources, along with your determination and commitment, it is completely achievable.
In fact, this is exactly how I got started online and am now running a profitable online business aka this website. I learned everything I know about building a website and running a successful online business from my time spent over at Wealthy Affiliate University. I cashed out 3 days ago. They said it takes up to 72 hours before you will see your money in PayPal. I received a email from Paidviewpoint letting me know my money was transferred to PayPal but when I went to check nothing was there. Everytime I try to email support at the email given ( firstname.lastname@example.org. ) it keeps saying no such email addy. Does anyone know the correct email or is this just a scam??
